We have outgrown our 900 square feet of space generously donated by the City of Star over 9years ago.
We need to find our permanent home to continue to serve our patrons facing food insecurity and met their basic needs. Our vision is to not just be a food pantry but also a distribution site for within the Treasure Valley, serving our satellite pantry in Emmett and extending support to other local food pantries in our area.
Additionally, we plan to become a 100% food choice pantry for our patrons, enabling them to chose the food they need to meet their nutritional needs and any dietary restrictions. We also need to keep up with the growth our community is experiencing as one of the fastest growing communities in Idaho. Lastly, we have dream of growing our impact as a community resource, providing a community meeting space, offering cooking & nutrition classes and housing the food bank and our 5 community outreaches all under one roof.
